Convergent Mediation Developer
We are seeking a skilled Convergent Mediation Developer to design, build, and maintain mediation services and data pipelines that process complex financial and transactional flows. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend and data-processing skills with expertise in event-driven and batch integration patterns, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements and mockups into fully functioning features.

• Design and implement end-to-end integration products/features in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Continuously seek improvements for mediation capabilities.

• Work with Kafka, File/FTP, REST APIs, HANA, and AWS database sources.

• Build scalable solutions in SAP/MZ CM with strong observability and monitoring tools.

• Design and implement automated tests for CM workflows.

• Integrate CM workflows with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements:

• 6–15 years of software design and development experience.

• Advanced knowledge of APL and other key SAP CM components.

• Experience in building unit, integration, and automation tests using SAP CM.

• Hands-on experience with processing UDRs and data formats like Avro.

• Strong experience in SAP HANA and exposure to PostgreSQL and AWS.

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Kafka.

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on products impacting a large customer base.

• Good knowledge of payment/Fintech industry.

• Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
