Summary

The primary goal of the Contract Analyst role is to support the procurement process by reviewing purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with requirements, and facilitating the successful procurement of services while managing contract risk effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Requisitions to ensure all necessary information is available before issuing RFPs/RFQs.
• Collaborate with proponents and team members on procurement plans and schedules.
• Compile and manage bidder lists of approved vendors.
• Ensure bid packages contain all relevant specifications and terms.
• Manage inquiries and submissions via ARIBA.
• Arrange meetings and site visits to clarify project scopes.
• Facilitate technical query resolution during bidding processes.
• Conduct commercial evaluations of vendor proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms with shortlisted vendors.
• Draft and submit award recommendations for approval.
• Compile and ensure all necessary documents for award approval.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms ensuring compliance with project and legal standards.
• Obtain final approvals and signatures for agreements.
• Maintain weekly reports on pending Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Maintain contract documentation and provide regular status reports.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management in Oil refinery and petrochemical projects.

Nice to Have

• CIPS certification.
