This position entails a critical role in the Financial Crime Compliance Testing team, focused on executing compliance reviews and assessing risk management practices within financial crime prevention.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessments in various business areas.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and controls managing compliance risks.

• Document results of testing activities and prepare reports following compliance methodologies.

• Validate observations with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

• Provide updates in the Annual Testing and Monitoring Plan.

• Conduct quality assurance activities.

• Support fellow Compliance Officers in testing tasks.

• Engage with various stakeholders effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in compliance monitoring/testing or internal audit activities.

• Initiative and ownership in work tasks, adaptable to changing environments.

• Strong English communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.

• Understanding of best practices related to compliance frameworks and risk.

• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance domains such as AML and ATF.

• Familiarity with compliance risk management practices across international contexts.

• Proven track record of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
