We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on Compliance to join our team. The ideal consultant will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA. This role requires expertise in compliance frameworks, regulatory knowledge, and risk management, as well as strong data analysis and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage compliance-related activities and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business and functional requirements.

• Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Align operational processes with compliance regulations.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.

• Develop dashboards to report compliance metrics.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field.

• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, Agile).

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.

• Experience in data analysis and report generation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Business Process Modeling.

• Change Management.

• Data Visualization and Analytics.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
