The Client Outreach Associate plays a crucial role within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) group of the Investment Banking division. This position is essential for managing client outreach initiatives, particularly in the context of regulatory compliance and internal changes, ensuring a clear and positive client experience throughout transitions.
This role focuses on managing client engagement through the tracking and analysis of data, ensuring all client relationships are clear on ongoing regulatory changes and internal modifications to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
Forward planning of assigned client outreach initiatives.
Define future schedules for outreach events across parallel campaigns.
Draft and review client communications ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
Execute client outreach and transition initiatives following the strategic roadmap.
Act as the point of contact for clients on regulatory queries.
Educate and advise internal stakeholders on client outreach considerations.
Create Management Information (MI) status reports across business lines.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance outreach processes.
Support regulatory remediation efforts with a focus on client experience.
Coordinate new regulatory requirements into the onboarding process.
Exceptional communication skills.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience in UK, European, and US regulations like MIFID and EMIR.
Strong project management skills.
Track record of client outreach initiatives in complex organizations.
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially advanced Excel skills.
Degree in business, finance, or math.
Other qualifications such as MBA or CFA.
Language skills in Japanese, French, Italian, or German. - not essential
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Knowledge of corporate banking products and capital markets.
