CIS Security Manager

Introduction & Summary:

The CIS Security is responsible for analyzing and developing network systems and information security practices critical to organizational integrity and data protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in operating systems, applications, TCP/IP, and security architecture, combined with a proven track record in information systems security and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

The CIS Security will lead the enhancement of security protocols and document necessary changes in security measures. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating existing network systems for vulnerabilities

• Implementing security architecture frameworks

• Overseeing multi-level security processes

• Managing intrusion detection systems

• Coordinating virus detection and control measures

• Assessing risks and determining the necessary PKI frameworks

• Providing recommendations for system configuration changes

Key Requirements:

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least three years of experience in information systems security

• Minimum of 3/4 years in information systems integration, implementation, or operation

• Portuguese Nationality

This position require 3x per week in the office - in Setúbal.
