Assignment length: 12 months + possible extensions
Workload: Full-time
Working model: 100% remote
Travel: No regular travel expected
On-site presence: Occasional, need-based presence may be required, approximately up to 2-4 times per year
Language: English required; Spanish and French are a plus
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Change Management professional to support an international cybersecurity transformation.
The role focuses on driving the adoption of cybersecurity initiatives, improving internal communication and strengthening security awareness across the organisation. You will work closely with cybersecurity, business, HR and internal communication stakeholders to ensure that changes are clearly communicated, understood and adopted by impacted teams.
Responsibilities
Lead change management activities for cybersecurity initiatives and department transformation.
Map stakeholders and assess the impact of changes on people, processes and tools.
Create adoption roadmaps, communication plans and training needs.
Identify resistance and design engagement actions for impacted groups.
Build and coordinate a change/ambassador network.
Manage and improve the cybersecurity SharePoint / intranet space.
Prepare editorial calendars, newsletters, announcements, FAQs, visuals and campaign materials.
Design and run cybersecurity communication campaigns around topics such as phishing, secure behaviours, policies and incident learnings.
Review the current awareness program and identify gaps.
Define a cybersecurity awareness strategy for 2027–2030.
Support 2026 quick wins, including activities for Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October 2026.
Define KPIs to measure adoption, engagement and behavioural change.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in change management and/or internal communication, ideally in IT, cybersecurity or risk.
Experience in awareness, adoption or behaviour-change programs.
Strong writing, editorial and content creation skills.
Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and human-risk topics.
Experience with SharePoint / intranet management.
Ability to define KPIs and measure communication effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.
Structured, autonomous and able to manage several workstreams in parallel.
Fluent English.
