Change Manager - IT Change Officer – Digital Workplace Migration (h/f)
Are you an experienced IT Change Officer with a strong background in Microsoft 365 adoption and digital transformation?emagine has an opportunity for you to support a large-scale user migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 with a global team.
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (roadmap, features, best practices for adoption & training).
Good understanding of Google Workspace to bridge workflows and user expectations.
Experience driving change management activities in global digital transformation programmes.
Proficiency with modern collaboration practices (cloud co‑creation, async communication, digital workplace tools).
Strong project management capabilities including planning, quality, and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English; additional languages (especially French) are a plus.
Autonomous, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Change Management ExecutionSupport end‑to‑end delivery of the Change Management strategy before, during, and after migration.Ensure effective governance, best practices, and strong post‑migration hypercare.
Coordination & CommunicationFacilitate and energise a global network of digital Champions.Coordinate actions with local stakeholders (Site Managers, Champions, Influencers).Organise and deliver upskilling sessions for IT support teams.Execute communication activities aligned with the programme plan.
Content CreationCreate engaging and clear user‑facing materials, including emails, one‑pagers, videos, presentations, best‑practice charters, and tips & tricks.Contribute to the communication plan and editorial calendar.
Continuous ImprovementCapture lessons learned, identify best practices, and propose creative solutions to overcome user resistance and improve overall adoption.
