Summary

For an international project focused on transforming IT service and change management processes, we are looking for a skilled Change Management Analyst who will support the organization in tailoring change management practices to the needs of different business units.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal workshops with business and technical stakeholders

• Analyze organizational needs and define recommendations for change management customization

• Gather and transform requirements into user stories and project tasks

• Create and maintain project and operational documentation

• Support ongoing project activities and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner

Must-have skills

• Proven experience in Change Management

• Strong skills in requirements analysis and definition

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of other ITIL practices, especially Incident and Problem Management

• Familiarity with the BMC Helix platform

• Experience in transformation or process optimization projects
