Change & Learning Coordinator
The Change & Learning Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the team lead to drive the successful adoption of new systems and business processes through effective change management and learning strategies. This consultant will manage the end-to-end development and quality assurance of training content by collaborating closely with developers, super users, and process teams, ensuring readiness for key project milestones such as TTT (Train-the-Trainer) and EUT (End-User Training). The role also supports broader change management activities in a large-scale transformation program, ensuring that change initiatives are tailored, localized, and delivered effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage Learning Asset Developments (S/4 HANA).
Work under team lead guidance to collaborate with developers, super users, and process teams to support with process developing training content using Enable Now.
Conduct continuous reviews and feedback cycles to ensure alignment with business processes.
Coordinate and manage training content lifecycle: version control, documentation, QA checks, and Jira tracking.
Review and validate a high volume of transactions in Enable Now.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of training materials by coordinating with multiple team members.
Localize and deliver communication, ensuring messages are crafted in an engaging format.
Coordinate and manage key change engagement activities in Vietnam facility.
Provide ad-hoc support to projects regarding transition and change planning.
Oversee Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End-User Training (EUT) activities.
Key Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in managing learning content lifecycle for S/4 HANA implementation (version control, QA, documentation, reviews, Jira or similar tracking).
Ability to localize and deliver clear, engaging, and audience-tailored messages in both English and Vietnamese.
Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholders, super users, and process teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of transactions and manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
Ability to review and validate high-volume learning assets with accuracy.
Nice to Have:
Certification in Change Management or Learning/Training methodologies.
Experience working in global ERP transformation programs.
Familiarity with Enable Now tool and digital learning asset creation.
Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam - working 4 days per week from the office in Binh Duong.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until June 2026 + option for extension
