Summary:

The primary goal of the Business Manager role is to accelerate enhancements to the Credit and Capital Management (CCM) processes within the organization. This aim is to improve customer outcomes, enable growth, and establish a world-class end-to-end credit management function. The role supports the CCM's strategic initiatives, including the adoption of a Value Stream model to simplify, digitize, and automate the credit and lending journey, ultimately leading to a better customer experience and competitive advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively solve tasks set by senior leaders and Senior Business Managers, delivering quick, efficient, high-quality service.

• Tailor governance frameworks for effective decision-making across executive committees and leadership forums, preparing clear, insightful presentations.

• Assist the senior leadership team in key engagements, including client meetings and regulatory interactions.

• Facilitate productive meetings attended by senior leadership, including setting agendas.

• Act as the audit and MSII point of contact for business areas.

• Provide administrative support for pillar teams as necessary.

• Coordinate updates from pillars and track actions from meetings, driving solutions.
