Business Analysts to Money Flow

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with previous experience in financial services for our client in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the accounts/payments domain. They will translate high-level business demands into actionable requirements and solution designs, ensuring customer focus and driving value from idea to implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level business needs into requirements and solution designs

• Drive value creation with a customer-centric approach throughout the process from idea to implementation

• Effectively facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders

• Extract insights from data and customer feedback to facilitate data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

• 3-6 years of financial services experience (accounts/payments)

• 3-6 years of documented Business Analyst experience

• Ability to decompose complex business problems and design practical solutions within technical constraints

• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and facilitating requirement consensus

• Experience communicating and refining business requirements with IT development teams

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and participating in sprint planning/reviews

• Proven ability to create clear and maintainable requirements documentation

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities while adhering to regulatory compliance timelines

• Proven ability to negotiate scope and timeline trade-offs between business demands and technical constraints

Note: Hourly rate aligned with mid-market levels.
