A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst would be:
• Review and analyse business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop both high-level and detailed business models and supporting documentation
• Prepare detailed specifications and support the development and implementation of solutions
• Assess and support the organisational and stakeholder impact of change initiatives
• Identify how technology can support business objectives, contributing to strategy definition and business justification
• Liaise with management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support the delivery of process and organisational change
• Coordinate contributions from subject matter experts and other specialists across joint initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years’ professional experience in a relevant specialist role
• Strong ability to apply best-practice principles and methodologies
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong documentation, reporting, and specification-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of adaptability and flexibility
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
