Business Analyst with the integration of CRM systems with ERP platforms experience

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the One CRM Quote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and improving business processes, especially in sales and quoting. Immediate starters based in Europe are preferred for this full-time assignment. Candidates must be independent contractors eligible for paying tax in the UK to be considered.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.

• Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quoting.

• Facilitate the integration of CRM systems with ERP platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Configure Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.

• Propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.

• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.

• Work independently while managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Key Requirements

• Strong background in analyzing and improving business processes, specifically related to sales and quoting.

• Experience with the integration of CRM systems, particularly SAP.

• Demonstrated experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and data management tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration tools such as data loader and ETL tools.

• Background in the IT consulting sector.
