GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (1x week in the office)
Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net+VAT
Required languages: English and German
Summary: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring the effective development and integration of systems for the Customer Portal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Understanding and documenting the system's needs through workshops and stakeholder collaboration.
- System Design: Supporting Product Owners and Solution Architects in drafting detailed specifications for new systems and modifications.
- Integration: Documenting interfaces and data exchange methods to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Testing: Assisting the testing team in developing test plans to verify that the system meets all requirements.
- Maintenance and Support: Providing guidance to the support team after system go-live.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business and systems analysis.
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in requirements and system specifications.
- Familiarity with integration processes and methodologies.
- Testing experience to support test plans.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with agile working methods such as Kanban and SAFe.
- Familiarity with various technologies, including backend, API, database, SQL, and cloud (AWS), is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sectors.
