Summary: This role involves supporting IT projects in the voice platform domain, particularly focusing on conversational AI technologies. The primary goal is to ensure effective documentation, analysis of workflows, and collaboration with delivery teams to fulfill business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product owners to capture business needs.
Analyse and map business processes across voicebots and contact centre systems.
Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and Kanban board updates.
Help track key KPIs and success metrics in voice/conversational AI projects.
Prepare documentation using Confluence and support reporting with Jira dashboards.
Key Requirements:
Experience working on IT-run voice or conversational AI platforms (Genesys, Cognigy preferred).
Understanding of telephony or customer journey design.
Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder communication, and requirements management.
5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Kanban environments.
