We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing customer and client data through innovative database and platform development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements into actionable user stories for IT developers.
- Collaborating with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters to align deliveries with strategic goals.
- Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation.
- Supporting solution design by liaising with Solution Architects and IT teams.
- Assuring delivery across the project lifecycle, from user requirements to deployment.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across markets and business groups.
- Providing testing support and coordinating outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking industry (preferred).
- Basic SQL skills to create and run scripts.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and advanced MS Excel (including pivots, charts, vlookup, and formulas).
- Expertise in handling large datasets for data reconciliation and generating reports.
- Strong skills in external research (e.g., analyzing entity relationships via annual reports).
- Experience in creating process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Understanding of corporate relationships and reference data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Background in mathematics.
