We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing customer and client data through innovative database and platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into actionable user stories for IT developers.
• Collaborating with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters to align deliveries with strategic goals.
• Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation.
• Supporting solution design by liaising with Solution Architects and IT teams.
• Assuring delivery across the project lifecycle, from user requirements to deployment.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across markets and business groups.
• Providing testing support and coordinating outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking industry (preferred).
• Basic SQL skills to create and run scripts.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and advanced MS Excel (including pivots, charts, vlookup, and formulas).
• Expertise in handling large datasets for data reconciliation and generating reports.
• Strong skills in external research (e.g., analyzing entity relationships via annual reports).
• Experience in creating process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of corporate relationships and reference data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of ETL processes.
• Background in mathematics.
