The Technical Business Analyst acts as a vital link between business stakeholders and development teams, focusing on supporting the Funds Platform specifically for Transfer Agency (TA) processes.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Funds Platform, with a focus on Transfer Agency processes.
- Translate business needs into clear IT requirements, user stories, and test scenarios using Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Propose and evaluate solution options in collaboration with solution architects, considering existing systems, tools, and market innovations (including AI).
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Support or lead project management activities such as stakeholder coordination, meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in functional testing, production incident analysis, and post-implementation user support.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Actively participate in the Business Analyst Chapter and share best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency processes (investor servicing, transaction processing, regulatory requirements).
- Experience with industry tools (e.g., Multifonds TA, Fenergo).
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of system integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to write structured documentation and user stories.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
