Summary: The primary function of the Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams within the banking sector, ensuring that business requirements are thoroughly analyzed and effectively communicated. This role aims to enhance decision-making processes regarding Credit Risk and Portfolio Management through detailed reporting and requirement specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis focused on banking domain processes.
Prepare and present MI reports related to Credit Risk or Portfolio Management.
Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for various projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define decisions and actionable outcomes.
Communicate effectively to influence project direction and stakeholder buy-in.
Implement Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices in project management.
Work with offshore teams in development, analysis, and testing stages.
Identify and solve problems, leveraging analytical skills to recognize opportunities.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of MI reporting for Credit Risk or Portfolio Management.
Proven ability to capture both functional and non-functional requirements.
Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with offshore development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with both long-term and short-term project management.
