Business Analyst

Location: Cracow/ Hybrid, 6 times per month (flexible days)

Rate: 130-135 pln/h +VAT

Introduction & Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Wholesale Servicing goals and transformation initiatives. This role will facilitate the integration of technology, drive regulatory changes, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance client experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful results in a complex environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the transformation initiatives effectively.

• Enhance the operating model by identifying strategic opportunities.

• Coordinate operations performance oversight.

• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and facilitate process changes.

• Assist in impact assessments for program changes.

Key Requirements

• Ability to critically review processes and controls.

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with excellent prioritization abilities.

• Experience in a data management environment.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards.
