Location: Kraków, Wrocław, and surrounding areas: Onsite presence 1x a week,
The team will be working on a product that helps clients make employee payments, incorporating antivirus scans to ensure security during the transfer process. The system is currently outdated and complex, and there is a need for substantial improvements to streamline and enhance its functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze high-level requirements and create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of MVPs.
- Participate in sprints and scrums, supporting the full delivery cycle: analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
- Work with stakeholders, IT teams, and global units to align on delivery plans and strategies.
- Identify risks and provide regular updates to management on progress and issues.
- Ensure customer-focused solutions with efficient and user-friendly experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AGILE IT projects within Banking and Finance.
- Expertise in digital transformation and payments/transaction management (e.g., e-commerce, remittances).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Proficiency in documenting SMART user stories and reconciling information from multiple sources.
- Effective communication, reporting, and collaboration across global teams.
- Knowledge of workflow systems, multi-language content sites, and publishing platforms.
