Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess a strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Proficiency in process modeling, functional specifications, and a solid understanding of prioritization techniques and data analysis are essential to succeed in this role.

Main Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving project success by ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and communicated. Key responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Develop process models and functional specifications.
• Utilize requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) effectively.
• Perform backlog refinement and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Analyze data and create insightful reports.
• Document and maintain traceability of requirements.
• Write clear and comprehensive specifications.
• Build agents for business using Copilot Studio.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Experience in process modeling and creating functional specifications.
• Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog refinement practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with ALM (IBM) suite for requirements documentation.
• Strong writing and redactional skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
• Experience with Copilot Studio for building agents.
