Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (business users, service owners, third parties, technical teams).
Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint.
Comfortable operating in complex transformation programs with parallel workstreams.
7–10 years’ experience, able to work autonomously and proactively.
Fluent in English and experienced working in an international environment.
The Opportunity
You will reinforce an ongoing migration program focused on transforming shared data structures, primarily across AODocs libraries and Google Shared Drives, ahead of their migration to Microsoft SharePoint. The project is already underway and will ramp up significantly from April through July.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Migration of Google Shared Drives to SharePoint
Coordinate remediation activities required to prepare Shared Drives for migration (metadata, permissions, ownership, structure).
Work with Shared Drive owners and administrators to ensure migration readiness and content quality.
Provide structured inputs to the change management team to support clear and effective communications.
AODocs Libraries Migration (Basic & Advanced)
Coordinate and plan the migration of approximately 1,500 basic AODocs libraries to Shared Drives, in collaboration with an external migration partner.
Anticipate, track, and follow up on remediation actions to ensure a smooth subsequent migration from Shared Drives to SharePoint.
Support engagement with owners of advanced AODocs libraries to define if and how solutions should be redeveloped within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint / Power Platform).
Where applicable, facilitate collaboration between business owners and technical delivery teams to smooth the redesign and redevelopment process, in support of the Service Owner.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, enabling environment where autonomy and structured thinking are valued. This role offers direct impact on a high-visibility transformation initiative, working with experienced teams and clear deliverables in a mature program setup.
