Rate: 170 - 200 PLN/h net + VAT

Workload: Full-time

Work Model: Remote with occasional office presence and business trips (Work from Krakow’s office 1-2 times per month when needed, 1st working day in Krakow + Quarterly business trips to France for a few days)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Build to Run Manager to bridge the transition from the 'build' phase to the 'run' phase for various projects. This role requires a proactive and communicative professional with substantial experience in managing both project implementation and ongoing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the central point of contact during the build-to-run transition for multiple projects.
• Manage collaborations with external companies, such as integrators or AMS, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project handovers and operational continuity.
• Oversee and refine processes to ensure efficiency during the run phase.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITIL certification - mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP (an advantage as most projects utilize SAP).
• Fluent in French and English (at least B2+ level for both languages).
• Strong experience in managing external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
• Assertive and capable of handling challenges proactively.
