BIS - Lending - Co Lead

Summary

Act as functional lead for lending, covering end-to-end lending scope, stakeholder alignment, documentation, and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the Lending Lead in defining customer journeys and operational workflows for lending products in scope.

• Co-own the preparation and quality review of BRDs, process flows, business rules, and handover materials.

• Run workshops independently when needed and capture requirements, decisions, and open issues.

• Focus on ensuring requirements are complete across origination, assessment, approvals, disbursement, servicing, and exceptions within agreed scope.

• Support coordination with risk, credit, compliance, operations, collections, and technology teams.

• Join vendor walkthroughs and clarify business intent, process variations, and integration touchpoints.

• Track functional gaps, assumptions, and clarifications until closure.

• Step in for the Lending Lead where required and maintain delivery continuity.

Key Requirements:

• Lending domain experience

• Strong Business Analyst / functional lead capability

• Experience in defining retail lending products (home finance, personal finance, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders

• Detailed requirement clarification experience
