BI Specialist – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial BI reports and dashboards.

• Improve and automate reporting processes in tight collaboration with the rest of the FP&A team, and Business/Financial Controlling organization.

• Work with Central Data teams to design scalable financial data models.

• Contribute to driving standardization of reporting tools and structures across Finance.

• Provide BI support to controllers and act as liaison to central data and Finance teams.

• Act as liaison between Finance, central Data, and Finance Systems teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence, analytics, or financial reporting.

• Strong experience with Tableau.

• Experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehouse solutions.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting and finance processes.

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
