Backend Developer

We are looking for Backend Developer to join our team and work on creating cutting-edge conversational bots.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Document Databases experience working with AWS technologies is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality microservices for voice bots, conversational bots, and chatbots
• Work with VUI designers to integrate conversational AI platforms with external services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business processes and break them down into smaller parts
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of the bot systems
• Continuously monitor and improve system security and privacy

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and NodeJS
• Experience with AWS technologies such as ECS, Cognito, Lambda, SES, S3, and DynamoDB
• Familiarity with AWS SDK
• Analytical skills to understand complex business processes and break them down into smaller parts
• Knowledge in Docker, containerization technologies and CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working in a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
