Backend Developer (Java/CRM) - German Speaking

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Client: Nearshoring service provider from Germany
• Work model: Remote / Hybrid
• Location: Poland
• Project language: German
• Assignment type: B2B
• Remuneration: Up to 190 pln/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage nearshoring capacities including knowledge transfer and quality control
• Follow development and testing guidelines effectively
• Provide operational support for CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal developers to ensure the availability of training and support services
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of CRM solutions using the BSI Eclipse Scout Framework

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java 8 for backend development
• Practical experience with the BSI Eclipse Scout Framework
• Strong knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Instana and Kibana
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
• Database knowledge, particularly with DB2 LUW
• At least 3 years of experience working in backend development
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• German language skills

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration
