Backend Developer - Node.js + AWS

The position is for a Backend Developer experienced in Node.js and AWS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in technologies such as TypeScript, React.js, and React Native, alongside expertise in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Practical experience with OpenSearch, Kubernetes, and Docker is essential, as well as familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The successful applicant will engage in a fully remote work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and AWS.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Manage and optimize database systems and data storage.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React.js and React Native.
• Understanding of DynamoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Experience with server orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Solid understanding of version control systems such as GitLab.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenSearch technology.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
