AWS Engineer (AI project)

Role: AI - AWS Engineer

Location: hybrid model 1-2x/week in the office in one of these locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw.

Rate: up to 180 pln/h net+vat (B2B)

Duration: long-term cooperation

The role of AI - AWS Engineer focuses on developing generative and predictive AI models to enhance workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the build and deployment of generative AI applications.

• Experiment with new methods and tooling for AI development.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows through AI solutions.

Key Requirements:

• English proficiency is required.

• Orchestration services: Step Functions, Event-Bridge, Airflow (MWAA), Lambda.

• Processing: Glue, EMR, EKS.

• Storage Service: S3.

• Querying and Analysis services: Athena.

• Big data ETL development using: PySpark with Python and/or Spark with Scala.

• Experience with Python/Pandas transformation.

• Experience in Hadoop Ecosystem (Hive, Impala, Sqoop, HDFS, Oozie).

• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Nice to Have - not manadatory:

• ML Flow.

• AWS BedRock.

• AWS EC2, Fargate.

• HashiCorp Tools.

• AWS development experience.

• Hadoop knowledge.

• AWS Practitioner Certificate.
