Summary: The role of Atlassian Engineer focuses on leading the technical migration of Atlassian Data Center products to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, ensuring that IT transformations deliver value seamlessly across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Lead the migration approach for Atlassian products to the cloud.

• Change Implementation: Coordinate migration activities and validate configurations.

• Governance Framework Design: Establish governance standards for workflows and permissions.

• Knowledge Management: Create documentation and guidance materials for service desk specialists.

• Training & Enablement: Provide training and coaching to internal teams on best practices.

• Integration & Automation: Design workflows and automation rules to enhance collaboration.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Advise service owners on tool configurations and cloud practices.

• Communication Skills: Facilitate collaboration across international teams using clear English communication.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise migrations or Data Center to Cloud transitions.

• Understanding of governance and secure configuration in SaaS platforms.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams balancing technical and business needs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in training and enablement initiatives.

• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
