Application Specialist

Introduction & Summary

We're looking for an experienced Application Specialist with solid hands-on expertise in ERP integrations, data migration, and financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Banking.

Proficiency in ERP integrations is essential, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Workday Financials considered advantageous.

This role supports a large-scale international finance ecosystem and requires someone who can confidently manage technical application tasks without constant guidance.

This is a mid-level position — ideal for someone who already has 4+ years of experience and is ready to take ownership of integrations and application stability across a complex financial landscape.

Main Responsibilities

You will support and maintain key financial applications, ensuring data flows reliably and integrations operate smoothly across multiple business systems. Your work will directly impact treasury, collections, subledger, and general ledger functions.

This role is focused on support, maintenance, configuration, and data migration — not development (although Workday development capability is a plus).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ERP integrations and financial applications

• Manage ongoing maintenance and technical configuration

• Lead and support data migration activities

• Ensure successful integrations between ERP systems and financial services

• Support financial services migrations within the organisation

• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure system stability and reliability

Key Requirements

• 4+ years in application support, ERP integrations, or technical financial systems

• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Banking, and related financial processes

• Solid hands-on work with data migration

• Experience with ERP integration work (any major ERP)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Workday Financials

• Familiarity with Workday Studio, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms

• Working knowledge of SQL and Visual Studio (especially beneficial for migration tasks)

• Fintech environment experience — business systems, collections, treasury, subledger/GL
