Location: hybrid model 1x/week in the office in Gdańsk

Remuneration: up to 150 zl/h net+vat (B2B)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for internal and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate daily with Development, Business, Infrastructure, Database teams, and external vendors.
  • Follow ITIL best practices, managing incidents, change requests, problem investigations, and related tasks.
  • Drive and coordinate essential maintenance activities, including:
  • Software upgrades and license renewals
  • Certificate renewals and hardware management
  • Infrastructure patching and vulnerability management
  • Software/hardware migrations and disaster recovery tests
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for supported applications.
  • Offer expertise on technical issues and recommend improvements to infrastructure, software, and equipment.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and project meetings.


Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Has worked in roles such as DevOps, IT Specialist, IT Infrastructure, IT Application Operations, or 2nd Line Support.
  • Understands ITIL frameworks and applies them in practice.
  • Is eager to learn new technologies.
  • Is familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understands continuous integration and deployment (Ansible, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket/GitHub).
  • Is focused on maintaining and improving applications.
  • Is well-organized with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
