We are looking for a skilled Application Integrator to join a leading industrial manufacturing project focused on data integration and digital transformation. This initiative is building a centralized data architecture to aggregate multi-source industrial data into a single source of truth.

This project relies on Aveva PI System and AspenTech IP21 historians to collect, store, and manage time-stamped industrial data, ensuring seamless MES integration across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

System Design & Implementation

• Design and configure data models, templates, and libraries in Aveva PI System or AspenTech IP21.
• Support the integration of local MES systems (PI/IP21) into the central MES Cloud.
• Work within the technical committee to onboard new use cases/sites.
• Document, test, and deploy solutions.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support PI/IP21 system performance and availability.
• Participate in major incident management and system optimization.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the MES Cloud platform.

Collaboration & Training

• Train users and MES teams (quarterly sessions).
• Provide support and knowledge sharing within the MES Coaches team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in a similar environment (PI/IP21 MES systems).
• Strong expertise in Aveva PI System or AspenTech IP21 (at least one is mandatory).
• Knowledge of Aspen MES, OSIsoft PI, Pi2Pi, PI RDBMS, PI SDK, PI DA, AF, EF.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, TCP/IP, Active Directory.
• Database and scripting knowledge (SQL Server, Excel VBA).
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
