ALM4A Project Manager/Scrum Master

ALM4A program using IBM ELM, Gitlab, and Artifactory, all hosted on Azure Cloud. We are looking for an external Project Manager to assist with project management (agile and waterfall) activities related to the solution development and deployment of ALM4A across RSC and D&IS business units.
Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT project management.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and organize ALM4A projects by structuring and managing the delivery in line with program milestones and governance processes. This includes:

• Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve planning, cost efficiency, and quality.

• Ensuring adherence to standard methodologies, processes, and tools across all ALM4A activities.

• Applying standardized templates and maintaining documentation in accordance with ALM4A and Digital Transformation standards.

• Contributing to the strategic direction of the ALM4A program.

• Managing project scope, resources, and interdependencies across ALM4A workstreams.

• Identifying and mitigating risks, removing barriers to success, and escalating issues when necessary.

• Providing leadership, guidance, and feedback to project team members.

• Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of all assigned ALM4A projects.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Delivering timely and standardized reporting on project status and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or operations.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT project management.

• Certifications in PMP and SAFe.

• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and project management.

• Experience with constructing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

• Familiarity with SharePoint/Teams for project site management and collaboration.

• Experience with IBM ELM tools such as DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, GCM.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuring and administering IBM Rational ALM tools.
