Role: ALM Specialist (DevOps / SRE focus)

We are looking for an Application Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our Applications Team, with a strong focus on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and reliable application platforms through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will be joining a team of two ALM specialists and four Application Specialists, with heavy involvement in ensuring stable ALM and monitoring platforms as well as participating in migration activities for Applications in the bank.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate, configure, and optimize application and security tooling (e.g. CI/CD, SAST, DAST, SCA)

• Integrate tools into platform CI/CD pipelines and drive automation

• Monitoring platform engineering with focus on managing and governance of application performance, availability, and reliability across multiple applications

• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement

• Support secure development practices and compliance requirements

• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices

• Drive migration and transformation activities

Key Requirements

• Background in DevOps, IT Operations, or Software Development

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation

• Experience across the SDLC, preferably in regulated environments (financial industry is a plus)

• Strong scripting and system administration skills; experience with cloud platforms

• Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD platforms, security testing tools)

• Fluent in English
