AI Use Case & Enablement Manager – AI Apps & Personal Agents
Location: Remote – Portugal
Contract: 12 Months (with possible extension)
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents
Coordinate AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, rollouts, onboarding, and user enablement activities
Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards
Provide consulting and hands-on support for users creating personal or role-based AI agents
Act as a bridge between business units, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Product Management, or related areas
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems is highly preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of security, governance, and compliance requirements for AI solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field
Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Microsoft AI / Azure certifications
Product Management or Change Management certifications
Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption programs
