Due to continued growth, we are hiring an AI Solution Architect to join our client in Dublin. Our consultancy specializes in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors.

You will act as the central contact for AI and data initiatives, focusing on managing the demand intake and prioritization processes in alignment with organizational strategy. The role is crucial for engaging stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI and data use cases that drive measurable operational benefits.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

·       Act as the architectural anchor for AI and Power Platform initiatives, providing end-to-end solution leadership across design, governance, and delivery in a highly regulated environment.

·       Design, author, and review high- and low-level solution designs, ensuring architectural integrity, security, scalability, and compliance with organisational standards and governance requirements.

·       Lead and contribute to Design Authority and architecture review forums, preparing documentation, presenting design decisions, and addressing feedback to secure approvals.

·       Work closely with supplier solution architects, coordinating and assuring designs across multiple vendors while maintaining coherent end-to-end architectural view.

·       Design and assure integrations across AI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring interoperability with enterprise systems, data platforms, and security controls.

·       Provide architectural oversight across build and deployment phases, ensuring delivered solutions remain aligned with approved designs/architectural principles.

·       Author and maintain technical architecture documentation, including solution designs, integration patterns, standards, and guidance artefacts.

·       Engage closely with governance, security, legal, and data protection stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and responsible AI requirements.

·       Collaborate with Business Analysis, Product, and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust, implementable technical solutions.

·       Apply a pragmatic consulting mindset, able to operate as a highly embedded architect, rapidly assimilating context, influencing delivery teams, and adding value from day one.

Requirements:

• Senior Solution Architect experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions.

• Proven experience operating in governance-heavy or regulated environments, including formal design authority processes.

• Strong hands-on experience designing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.

• Demonstrable experience designing and assuring integrations across enterprise platforms and services.

• Experience working with multiple delivery vendors, providing architectural coordination and assurance.

• Strong technical documentation skills, including authoring low-level design and architecture artefacts.

• Ability to engage credibly with senior technical, governance, and supplier stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:

• Direct experience designing AI-enabled or automation-led solutions.

• Experience within public sector or large-scale enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, and security-by-design principles.

Opportunity type: Initial 6-month contract, Hybrid in Dublin
