Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team at Syensqo. The ideal candidate will have between 7-10 years of experience in AI development and will be instrumental in building the foundations of our AI Factory, focusing on the industrialization of AI solutions. This position requires proficiency in scalable AI architectures, tooling, and governance practices to support high-value use cases in a secure manner.

Main Responsibilities:

The Senior AI Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing the core technical foundations of our AI Factory.

• Defining target architectures and standards for AI solutions.

• Setting up scalable AI development and deployment frameworks.

• Contributing to the creation of operational AI use cases.

• Implementing best practices for AI governance.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI use cases.

Key Requirements:
