Summary

The AI Factory Product Owner drives the delivery and evolution of AI Factory capabilities, ensuring alignment across teams while emphasizing technical excellence and governance.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards a common goal.

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI Factory.

• Lead and coordinate multiple agile squads on AI Factory components.

• Define and refine epics, features, and user stories for execution.

• Act as a technical counterpart to engineering and AI teams.

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Embed governance and compliance into product delivery.

• Monitor product adoption and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role.

• 3+ years in agile development environments.

• Proven experience managing complex technical products.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Experience with enterprise-scale platforms.

• Familiarity with OKRs and metrics-based prioritization.

• Experience in multi-team environments.
