Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with substantial knowledge in building agents using various hyperscalers' frameworks and leading open-source technologies. The candidate should possess strong skills in managing identity, security, and observability for enterprise agents while demonstrating proficiency in software development within an enterprise environment. Familiarity with both established and emerging AI technologies is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
As an AI Developer, your core duties will encompass a range of tasks aimed at enhancing our AI capabilities:

• Develop agents using Microsoft, AWS, and GCP frameworks.

• Implement guardrails and security measures for enterprise agents.

• Integrate AI capabilities into applications using platforms like OpenAI and Google Gemini.

• Collaborate with AI SMEs on feature design and implementation.

• Utilize Python and JavaScript for software development tasks.

• Evaluate and deploy best-of-breed open-source frameworks.

• Adapt Microsoft stack and open-source technologies as needed.

• Provide technical expertise in software development practices.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following essential qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework, AWS Agent core, and GCP frameworks.

• Proficient in identity management, security, and observability.

• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript; knowledge of Java or .NET is beneficial.

• Experience in enterprise software development.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and frameworks.

Nice to Have:
Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with OpenAI and Google Gemini integrations.

• Familiarity with developing enterprise-focused AI solutions.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
