AI Consultant - Microsoft Copilot & Business Transformation

emagine is looking for for a AI Consultant for our client within the construction industry to join their AI Business Transformation team in identifying and solving business-critical challenges using AI, with primary focus on Microsoft Copilot solutions.  

Start: 2026-03-02

End: 2026-06-30 (Likely extension so wish there is availability and interest in a longer assignment, at least around a year.

Location: Stockholm, 2-3 days/week at the office

About the assignment:
This role involves working as an AI subject matter expert within their AI Business Transformation team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and AI solution delivery, focusing on requirements gathering, problem definition, process mapping, solution architecture to business transformation. The position requires translating business challenges into practical AI implementations while guiding stakeholders on opportunities, limitations, and risks associated with AI technologies, such as LLMs, Machine learning and GenAI. 

 Responsibilities 

• Lead requirements gathering and problem definition sessions with business stakeholders across the company

• Map and document current processes, identifying AI-driven optimization opportunities

• Ideate and design solution architectures using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and related Microsoft technologies

• Evaluate and recommend approaches for AI solutions (e.g build vs buy)

• Develop business cases with technical proposals and business transformation planning.  

• Provide strategic guidance on AI capabilities, limitations, and risk management (hallucinations, bias, data privacy)

• Stay current with AI agent solutions market trends and emerging technologies

• Translating complex AI concepts into actionable business recommendations

• Navigate the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g Azure, Copilot) to deliver integrated solutions as well as support in evaluating 3rd party vendors 

Your profile

Must Have
· 3-5+ years of experience as senior consultant in digital transformation
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot stack and Azure AI services
· Deep understanding of LLMs
· Proven experience with requirements engineering, process mapping, and solution architecture
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to create compelling presentations and business cases (PowerPoint proficiency)
· Market awareness of AI agent solutions landscape and industry trends
· Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
· A go to attitude

Nice to Have
· Experience with Azure-based custom AI solution development
· Knowledge of Databricks for AI/ML workloads
· Understanding of AI agent frameworks and multi-agent systems
· Experience from construction, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries
· Experience from evaluating processes build vs. buy decisions for AI solutions
· Track record of AI/ML project delivery from concept to production
· Knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks
