AI Change and Adoption Manager (h/f)

The AI Change and Adoption Manager is tasked with driving the understanding, adoption, and effective use of an AI Factory, which plays a pivotal role in the client's digital transformation initiative. This role acts as a liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring that the value of AI initiatives is clearly communicated and realized across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of the AI Factory among both technical and non-technical user communities.

• Design and implement change and adoption strategies that align with the AI Factory roadmap.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to adoption and usability.

• Collaborate with the AI Factory Product Owner to understand and influence product priorities.

• Create high-quality enablement materials and documentation related to AI Factory capabilities.

• Design and support training sessions and workshops for various stakeholders.

• Monitor adoption metrics and user satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Build and execute a structured communication strategy to promote AI Factory initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated exposure to AI, data platforms, or digital products.

• Experience with content creation, video editing, or design tools.

• Languages: Fluent in English; good level in French.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in change management within technology-driven environments.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles.
