With the team now approaching its intended operating shape, we see value in obtaining an external perspective before current structures, processes, and ways of working become fully embedded.

Scope includes:

• Assessment of skills profile and capability gaps

• Review of process maturity and ways of working across AI engineering and business stakeholders

• Evaluation of technology and architecture choices

• Benchmarking against relevant industry practices and Nordic peers

• Recommendations supporting future scaling and planning

• Written assessment report

• Executive readout

• Concrete recommendations and prioritized next steps
