The AI / Agent Engineer role focuses on developing and implementing tools powered by large language models (LLMs) and enhancing agent systems within the organization. The primary objective is to facilitate data querying and agent deployment for internal teams, thereby improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build a generic text-to-SQL tool integrated into an internal agent plugin, enabling structured querying of large-scale collection data.

• Migrate existing data reads from a legacy store to Snowflake SQL via a shared knowledge-base MCP.

• Design and develop an Agent and Tools SDK that allows external teams to deploy agents compatible with the internal agentic platform.

Must-Haves:

• Proficient in Python with hands-on experience building LLM-powered tools or agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with text-to-SQL patterns.

• Experience in designing SDKs or agent tooling platforms.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), plugin-style agent architectures.

• Experience with Snowflake or Swift.
