As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will facilitate predictable and transparent delivery for engineering teams using agile methodologies. Your core duties will include:

• Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to manage priorities and resolve dependencies.

• Implement and optimize agile methods like Kanban and Scrum while utilizing flow metrics for forecasting and improvement.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.

• Analyze data to identify trends and enhance delivery performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with flow metrics and forecasting techniques.

• Hands-on knowledge of Kanban and Scrum practices in software delivery.

• Proficiency in Jira, with beneficial skills in Actionable Agile and PowerBI.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Aptitude for analytical problem-solving and data literacy.
