Access Management Specialist

Summary: The Administration role focuses on managing demand requests, onboarding, rights management, and off-boarding processes to ensure efficient handling of external service orders and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Business Travels: 1-2 times per year business travels to Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of external service orders and third-party demand requests (EDL).

• Creating and tracking purchase requisitions (BANFs) in SAP.

• Rights management in myID (internal and external users), including onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Monthly reporting on hours booked versus DLD budgets.

• Ongoing monitoring and reporting on rights and contracts, with an emphasis on enhancing access management processes.

• Ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory, considering the international third-party vendors.

• German language skills are a plus.

• Strong experience in SAP and ServiceNow (ordering and rights administration).

• Background in Identity & Access Management, ideally hands-on with myID.

• Structured, process-driven, and compliance-minded working style.

• Strong communication and assertiveness skills.

• Third-party management experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in operational management.

• Knowledge of IT service management.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
