2 x UI Designers

For one of our partners, we are looking for 2 x Design Operations consultants for an exciting assignment.

Introduction & Summary:

As a part of the DesignOps team, you will be instrumental in creating scalable and accessible design systems that empower a global user base. Your expertise in Figma, coupled with a keen understanding of accessibility standards and design best practices, will drive product excellence in a dynamic fintech environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to foundational design work that impacts millions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and maintain scalable, accessible components in Figma.

• Write and illustrate component specifications, guidelines, and best practices.

• Communicate new or updated components to Product Designers and UI Developers.

• Work with design foundations including tokens, themes, and variables.

• Create and document design patterns in collaboration with Product Designers.

• Champion accessibility to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in Figma, including components, variants, variables, and prototyping.

• Well versed in animations and micro-interactions.

• Good understanding of accessibility standards and their application in UI design.

• Familiar with mobile app patterns regarding components and interactions.

• Experience working with design systems, ideally in complex domains like fintech or SaaS.

• Good understanding of code; experience with tools like Storybook and React.

• Outgoing and comfortable presenting ideas with clarity and confidence.

• Structured and organized with a passion for documentation and process.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in multidisciplinary collaborative teams.

• Interest in cutting-edge design tools and technologies.
