Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a major transformation initiative within Technical Service delivery for our client. The role focuses on driving business readiness, user adoption, and value realization as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation across multiple markets.
You will play a key role in ensuring successful organizational change by engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting the transition to new CRM and Customer Service processes.
Main Responsibilities
Lead change management activities to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), particularly within Customer Service domains
Drive business readiness, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for process and system changes
Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption frameworks
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Collaborate closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts
Support global and multi-market transformation initiatives
Monitor adoption metrics and ensure value realization from the CRM implementation
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM and/or Customer Service transformation
Proven experience as a Change Manager in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementations
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across all organizational levels
Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
Experience working in global organizations and multi-market environments
Ability to operate in complex transformation programs and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Senior-level or strong mid-to-senior professional with a structured and proactive approach
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavioral change
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
Experience in Technical Service or similar operational environments is an advantage
Other Details
Location: Greater Copenhagen, Denmark (Onsite 3–4 days/week, remainder remote)
Start Date: No later than June 1, 2026
Duration: Until February 28, 2027 (with possible extension)
