Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a major transformation initiative within Technical Service delivery for our client. The role focuses on driving business readiness, user adoption, and value realization as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation across multiple markets.

You will play a key role in ensuring successful organizational change by engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting the transition to new CRM and Customer Service processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), particularly within Customer Service domains

  • Drive business readiness, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for process and system changes

  • Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption frameworks

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings

  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts

  • Support global and multi-market transformation initiatives

  • Monitor adoption metrics and ensure value realization from the CRM implementation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM and/or Customer Service transformation

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementations

  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across all organizational levels

  • Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills

  • Experience working in global organizations and multi-market environments

  • Ability to operate in complex transformation programs and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Senior-level or strong mid-to-senior professional with a structured and proactive approach

  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavioral change

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust

  • Experience in Technical Service or similar operational environments is an advantage

Other Details

Location: Greater Copenhagen, Denmark (Onsite 3–4 days/week, remainder remote)
Start Date: No later than June 1, 2026
Duration: Until February 28, 2027 (with possible extension)
