ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture. You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation products for the iGaming industry.
As part of this team, you will use cutting edge technology to develop highly scalable and resilient application. As a team lead you will also enable us to get these applications into the hands of our users safely, quickly, and sustainably.
The goal is to provide the best customer experience on the market, and we do that through personalized communication, interesting and fun promotions, and gamification.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s.
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
- Software development according to modern best practices and principles.
- Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience as a .NET Developer with hands on experience with .NET Core.
- Previous experience working on a Team Leader role managing a team ideally consisting of senior developers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Agile mindset, business goals orientation.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
- Extensive experience with messaging queue (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Nice to have: Ambassador API gateway, CockroachDB, Redis, Grafana, GraphQL, Node.js.
